Wednesday, January 22, 2025, the Health Administration Center and the American Football Club collaboratively hosted a nutrition seminar.<\/p>\r\n<p>Registered dietitian Maki Takada gave a lecture on the basics of nutrition for athletes, while Dr. Mayumi Yamamoto, Director of the Health Administration Center, spoke about the history and research of nutrition science.<\/p>\r\n<p>Participants were divided into groups based on different meal settings-breakfast, cafeteria meals, convenience store meals, and dinner-and discussed practical eating habits that fit their daily routines.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>A total of 26 students attended the seminar, sharing feedback such as:<\/p>\r\n<p>\"I was able to learn new information that I hadn't known before.\"<\/p>\r\n<p>\"This seminar motivated me to rethink my approach to nutrition.\"<\/p>\r\n<p>\"I want to improve my eating habits in a sustainable way while being mindful of my body.\"<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Through this seminar, we hope participants gained a deeper understanding of the relationship between nutrition and the body and can apply what they learned to their daily lives.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Health Administration Center will continue to support healthy living through proper nutrition.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
