On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, we hosted the Second Special Yoga Class Event<\/strong>, inviting Professor Emeritus Namako Harada<\/strong> from Saga University as a special lecturer, with the cooperation of Professor Kayo Kumagai<\/strong> from the Faculty of Education.<\/p>\r\n

This time, the theme was \u201cFrom Daily Life to Sports: The Hip Joint as the Key\u201d<\/em>, and 23 participants joined the session. Some had also attended the August class, while others came together as club members, making for a lively and engaging atmosphere.<\/p>\r\n

And this time, we were especially honored to welcome Mr. Ryoichi Akamatsu<\/strong>, who placed 8th in the high jump at the Tokyo 2025 World Athletics Championships, and who has long been acquainted with Professor Kumagai!!<\/p>\r\n

Professors Harada and Kumagai provided personalized and attentive guidance tailored to each participant\u2019s condition.
\r\nIn the post-event survey, many participants responded that they were \u201csatisfied,\u201d and we also received a wide range of requests for future classes \u2014 from \u201cyoga for beginners\u201d to \u201cyoga for athletic teams.\u201d<\/p>\r\n

The Health Care Center hosts monthly yoga classes, each with a different theme.
\r\nWe will continue to support your efforts in building a healthy body, so please feel free to join us!
