We Held the Wellness EXPO!

In conjunction with the annual health checkup for enrolled students, we held our first-ever “Wellness EXPO,” an event where participants could learn about and experience health in a fun way.

Over the 10-day period, a total of 2,375 students and staff members participated, making the event a great success.

Through various interactive booths and the provision of health-related information, we received many positive comments from participants, such as, “I was able to learn about health in an enjoyable way,” and “It gave me an opportunity to rethink my daily lifestyle.”

In addition, participants placed flower and fruit stickers on a display to help “grow” the Wellness Tree. As more colorful stickers were added, the tree flourished beautifully.

The Wellness EXPO was also featured in the morning edition of the Gifu Shimbun (page 2) dated Tuesday, February 10.

We hope that the Wellness EXPO provided many people with an opportunity to reflect on their health and learn more about healthy living. We will continue to support the health and well-being of students and staff at Gifu University.
