Annual Health Checkups (Including International Students)

Annual health checkups provide an opportunity for early detection of any health issues and review one’s personal lifestyle. Japan’s School Health and Safety Act require students to undergo annual health checkups, which are conducted in February for returning students and April or October for new students. Therefore, please confirm the available dates to have your health checkup. Students on leave of absence are also eligible for annual health checkups.
After completing your health examination, the Health Administration Center can help you with retesting, explaining your results, health guidance, hospital referrals, and more. Please view this health examination to review your daily lifestyle and improve your health.

Special Health Checkup

A special health checkup is provided for students who come into contact with organic solvents, designated chemical substances, or radiation materials. Special health checkup is different from annual health checkups. Please follow the advice of your instructor or mentor as to whether you need this checkup.

Health Questionnaire, Appointment

Students can use the Student Health Administration System through Campus-G to make health check-up appointments, fill out health questionnaire, and view results online. Please check the schedule and reserve a date and time that is convenient for you.
Please make an appointment after filling out the web health questionnaire.

※Login with your user ID and password. If you lose or forget your user ID or password, contact the Information Management Core Gifu University (IMC).

Notice

• Please be sure to fill out the health questionnaire before the checkup.
• Show the screen of your appointment at the reception area.
• A health certificate will not be issued if the student did not undergo the annual health checkup; therefore, please ensure that you undergo your annual health checkup.

How to view your results

 You can view the results of your health checkups on the Student Health Administration System in Campusmate v.3.3.7.

Results of the health checkup will be available approximately one month after the examination. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as the results are available.
