The Health Administration Center provides support for students with disabilities.
If you require accommodations for studying due to a disability or chronic condition, please consult with us. We will work together to consider “what kind of support you can receive” and “how to proceed with the necessary procedures.” We will collaborate with the faculty and staff of your department or graduate school to develop and implement reasonable accommodations. Please be assured that consulting with us will not result in any disadvantage.
Disability support consultations are by appointment only, with each slot being 60 minutes. If you wish to schedule a consultation, please make a reservation in advance using the “Web Reservation Form.” Alternatively, you can make an appointment by phone or by visiting the Health Administration Center in person.

Support Consultation After Admission Decision
Following the admission procedures, we confirm the student’s needs for academic support related to disabilities through surveys and other methods. We ensure that necessary support is provided promptly after enrollment.
