What is Wellness?

The Health Administration Center is committed to wellness for students, faculty, and staff so that they can lead “better lives”. Wellness is the state of being healthy and wealthy in various aspects, including body and mind.

Wellness room

The Wellness Room opened on the second floor of the University Hall in front of the University Co-op under the concept of “making your health more accessible and easy.”
The Wellness Room is operated jointly by the Health Administration Center and the University Co-op Student Committee (GI). The Wellness Room has equipment for self-checking one’s health condition, such as a body composition analyzer (Inbody) and mental health monitor, as well as a variety of useful materials for health management.

Yoga

Yoga classes are offered twice a month on Wednesday afternoons. You can join yoga at the Health Administration Center or online. Beginners are welcome. Participation is free, and you can join without an appointment or drop in and out during the class. This is a great opportunity to experience yoga, so please feel free to attend. The event will be announced on the Health Administration Center website and by email.
