This month’s theme: “Simple Yoga Anywhere Using a Wall”
The session will be held in two parts. Participation in either Part 1 or Part 2 only, or in both parts, is warmly welcome.

Location: Wellness Room (2nd Floor, University Hall; across from the Co-op Central Store), Health Administration Center
Free admission. Advance registration is required for the cooking class only.
The event features three activities:
nutrition consultations with a registered dietitian, a Veggie Check to measure your vegetable intake, and an easy cooking class for university students!

May Yoga Class 【The venue has been changed!】 A collaborative event with the Wellness Room Point Card program

This month’s theme is “Refresh Yoga,” designed to help you feel the benefits even in a short amount of time.
To make it easier for busy individuals to join, the session is divided into two parts.
You are welcome to attend either Part 1, Part 2, or both! Feel free to join during your spare time.
