[Wellness Festa 2026] Mission Vegetable
Location: Wellness Room (2nd Floor, University Hall; across from the Co-op Central Store), Health Administration Center
Free admission. Advance registration is required for the cooking class only.
The event features three activities:
nutrition consultations with a registered dietitian, a Veggie Check to measure your vegetable intake, and an easy cooking class for university students!

University students often struggle to maintain healthy eating habits. Take this opportunity to discover tips for a healthier lifestyle through better nutrition.
This time, we will also hold a special cooking class in cooperation with the Gifu City Public Health Center, so be sure to register early!
Program Highlights
- Nutrition Consultation with a Registered Dietitian
Feel free to discuss any concerns or questions you have about your eating habits. - Veggie Check
Visualize your vegetable intake and receive easy vegetable-based recipes. - Easy Cooking Class
In cooperation with the Gifu City Public Health Center, we will offer a hands-on cooking session along with a mini nutrition lecture.
Participants who join the event and complete a survey will receive a vegetable juice gift (limited to the first 40 participants). We look forward to seeing you there!
Easy Cooking Class
The cooking class will be held at the Health Administration Center and requires advance registration.
- Session 1: 12:15–13:15
- Session 2: 13:15–14:15
- Capacity: 10 participants per session
- No special items are required to bring.
