Compus -Communication Skills Enhancement Program-
Dear Students,
We are pleased to inform you about the "Compus" program organized by the Student Support Office at Nagoya University.
◎What is Compus?
In this experiential learning program, participants interact with each other to experience communicating at another level. It’s designed to be a fun program for everyone, no matter your level of confidence.
◎What to Expect This Time
This October, we are pleased to host a welcoming event designed to foster connection and community among students — especially those who have transferred from other universities.
Meet & Connect: For Students Who Transferred from Other Universities
How has your student life been since joining this university? Whether you’ve just arrived or have been here for a while, it’s completely natural to feel uncertain or take time to adjust. Rebuilding your daily routine and relationships in a new environment can be more challenging than expected.
At the Student Support Center, we’ve heard from many students who transferred from other institutions that adapting to a new campus life can be difficult. In response, we are organizing a relaxed and friendly gathering where you can meet others with similar experiences.
This event offers a safe and supportive space to share your stories, exchange thoughts, and encourage one another. Your experience may offer comfort to someone else — and someone else’s words may give you strength.
Whether you’re new or already settled in, we warmly welcome you to join us.
※This program is run in Japanese. If you're not comfortable using Japanese, please feel free to let us know. We're happy to help in any way we can.
