Annual Health Checkup are changing!

There will be some changes to the FY 2026 Annual Health Checkup for Enrolled Students.
Read information carefully and make the necessary preparations before your health checkup.

Eligible students

  • Students who will be enrolled at Gifu University in FY 2026

    ・Students graduating in March 2026 are not eligible.

    ・Students advancing to a graduate school at Gifu University are also not eligible. Please take the new students health checkup in April.

  • If you undergo a health checkup at your workplace or another institution, you do not need to take the university health checkup as long as you submit a copy of the results. Please contact the Health Administration Center and submit a copy of your results.

Dates & Times

  • February 4, Wednesday – February 18, Wednesday, 2026 　9:00–11:45am  1:00–3:45pm

No appointment required / No sex-based time slots

  • To attend easier for students, both the appointment system and sex-based time slots have been abolished.

    The X-ray vehicles will be separated by sex.

    To avoid congestion, specific dates and times have been assigned based on students’ family names. However, whose names start with a letter of alphabet may take the checkup at a time that is convenient for them. There are opportunities to attend in both the morning and afternoon over a 10-day period. See page 3 of “Information on the AY 2026 Annual Health Checkup for Current Students.”

Wellness EXPO will be held simultaneously

  • A “Wellness EXPO” will be held as a fun opportunity to learn about health-related topics. Many familiar companies will have booths, please look forward to it!
