The Gifu University Health Administration Center will host the Wellness EXPO, an event aimed at promoting health awareness among students.

November Yoga Class – Collaboration with the Wellness Point Card Program

In November, we are collaborating with the Wellness Point Card program!
Participants who join the yoga session in person will receive 3 wellness points ☆
This month’s theme is “Autumn & Winter Yoga Flow”.
