Annual Health Checkup are changing!

There will be some changes to the FY 2026 Annual Health Checkup for Enrolled Students.
Read information carefully and make the necessary preparations before your health checkup.

Nutritional Advice service for New Second-Year Students

During the regular health checkup, individual nutritional advice is provided for newly promoted second-year students.
Newly promoted second-year students are asked to complete the attached Nutrition and Dietary Habits Check Sheet (2026) in advance and bring it with them on the day of their health checkup.
Before the health checkup period begins, the check sheet can be downloaded and is also available at each faculty office and the Health Care Center.

A special health checkup will be conducted on the dates below. If you are eligible, please make sure to book an appointment and undergo the checkup by Tuesday, October, 21st.

A special health checkup will be conducted on the dates below. If you are eligible, please make sure to book an appointment and undergo the checkup by Tuesday, April 22.
Date:　April 23th, Wednesday 1:30 - 3:30 pm
April 24th, Thursday, 9:30 -11:30 am, 1:00 - 3:30 pm
April 25th, Friday, 9:30 -11:30 am, 1:00 - 3:30 pm

Nutrition advice service is available for new 2nd year students in annual health checkup.
New ２nd year students are requested to print and fill out the following Nutrition and Dietary Habits Check Seet in advance, and bring it with them when attending annual health checkup. Before annual health checkup begins, the check seet will also be distributed at Health Administration Center.

Health checkups will be conducted from Wednesday, February 5, 2025, to Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
Please make a reservation and complete the medical questionnaire.
During the health checkup period, you can take Yakult Tokai Co., Ltd.'s "Intestinal Age Check"!
